May 11, 2018 Update:

Before registering, a potential student must certify in an email:

“I certify that I am in good mental and physical health, and not currently under the mandated care of a mental health professional*, and that I will talk to my physician before beginning any new regimen of exercise, deep breathing, or self-cultivation, or if I have any health concerns as I practice.

I wish to learn Dr. Glenn J. Morris’s Improved Kundalini Awakening Process for the betterment of myself and my fellow beings.

I recognize that learning Dr. Morris’s Process (KAP) is NOT authorization to teach the Process (KAP), and that future authorization to teach may only be granted, entirely at the say-so of the original 5 Instructors, stated exclusively on the Faculty page of the KundaliniAwakeningProcess.com website. I understand there is never an additional fee for becoming an instructor, only an additional set of expectations of service, ability, wisdom, knowledge and integrity.

I understand that the Distance Learning Course is a set of twelve internet classes with live weekly video Q&A, and that I must participate actively to receive the full benefit of the course.

I understand that If I tender payment before completing the admissions process, and I am not admitted to the course, my payment(s) will be promptly refunded in full and I will not have access to the course.  If I am accepted by the Instructor as a KAP student, I understand that I must make payment as agreed, and there are no cancellation refunds. If necessary, I may notify the instructor that I wish to pause while taking the course, and resume later, but payment is still due as originally agreed. Failure to make payment according to agreement will result in suspended access to course materials pending payment.

I understand that all text, audio, and video materials provided with the course are licensed for my personal use only, and, at the instructor’s sole discretion, the use of my spouse/ life partner, and that the license is non-transferable. I understand that said materials, and any logins and passwords to them, are not to be shared, posted, bit-torrented, sold, bartered, or transferred by any means including in electronic or hard copy, and that any materials kept in the cloud or delivered through the cloud must be password protected from any outside use.

Once I complete the application process and am accepted as a student by a certified KAP Instructor, the Instructor agrees: to teach me in good faith as long as I make payment as agreed and follow safety instructions for the KAP practice and treat the instructor, other practitioners, the KAP materials, the Instructors, fellow beings, and the legacy of Dr. Morris with human decency and respect.

Should I repeatedly act in a manner that is disturbing or hazardous to myself, the instructor, and/or other students, or intentionally disregard safety instructions for practice, or cease to respect the course intellectual property or the instructors’ time and efforts, the instructor may formally cease my instruction through written or electronic notification, and remove all access to course materials, with no refund.

I certify these things on my word.”
