Explanation of terms used in the table above:

Class: This is the class number used to refer to this class session

Type: Distance Learning means it is a internet-based distance-learning class, done through skype and facebook. Workshop means it is an instructional workshop with a physical location. Intensive means a practice intensive - lots of practice of techniques you've previously learned in a workshop or distance learning. Retreat means a residential retreat in a resort location - either a workshop or an intensive.

Level:

• Level One is all that is necessary to cultivate your energy and arouse kundalini safely, permanently, and effectively. It consists of a special solo meditative practice with a number of very special components, and several supplementary practices of movement, sensitivity, and healing, which amplify the effects of the solo meditative practice.
• Level Two is intermediate and some advanced practices with both chi (prana) and kundalini, including ways to further refine, balance, and amplify the energy you run, and also ways to share that energy through healing, massage, and also dual cultivation, including sexual cultivation, and group meditations. The separate Psychic Self Defense (PSD) course is also offered after Level One.
• Level Three is advanced practices of internal alchemy, tantra, and shamanism, and healing, with specific applications for awareness, chi (qi or prana), and kundalini shakti.
