Explanation of terms used in the table above:

Class: This is the class number used to refer to this class session

Type: Distance Learning means it is a internet-based distance-learning class, done through skype and facebook. Workshop means it is an instructional workshop with a physical location. Intensive means a practice intensive - lots of practice of techniques you've previously learned in a workshop or distance learning. Retreat means a residential retreat in a resort location - either a workshop or an intensive.

Level:

• Level One is all that is necessary to cultivate your energy and arouse kundalini safely, permanently, and effectively. It consists of a special solo meditative practice with a number of very special components, and several supplementary practices of movement, sensitivity, and healing, which amplify the effects of the solo meditative practice. All subsequent classes are advanced training in the application of qi/prana, and kundalini shakti.
